They were particularly attentive and patient in explaining what was happening and what was about to happen. They also addressed all of the many questions I had as we went through the process.
From start to finish it took 5 1/2 weeks over the holiday season (from early December through the new year). That was fast!
One other item of note, the process was seamless and done remotely (by uploading files), other than the final signing with the notary.

They took the time to understand what I wanted and was there with me from the very beginning (with many open house viewings) to the very end (with finding the right lender with the lowest interest rates and being there when I signed the closing documents). Elsie was extremely insightful, honest, and detail oriented. During open house viewings, she pointed out things I would have never noticed if she weren't there. I felt very comfortable communicating with them and never felt pressured to make a decision.
I also want to note that they took the pandemic seriously, and one of the many thoughtful things Elsie did during our open house viewings was bring additional hand sanitizer and wipes along.
