Elsie.png

Elsie Wu

Broker, President

Elsie oversees loan origination, underwriting, and client relations. She proactively structures loans for borrowers to run a healthy business and for investors to have adequate protection of their capital.

 

Elsie has actively managed residential, multi-family, commercial properties, and private money loans. She has led real estate syndications and turned around neglected properties.

​

Elsie received her California Real Estate Broker’s License (DRE #01858559) in 2009 and  NMLS (#346570) in 2010.

Vice President

Eric performs deal due diligence and assist with client relations.

Operations Manager

Terry reviews and manages all aspects of our loans once they have been approved for funding - including borrower payments and investor distributions.

Johanna is responsible for all of our bookkeeping and accounting, with 30+ years of experience.  She holds us accountable us to the pennies!

Maria Siojo

Senior Financial Analyst

Maria coordinates our loan servicing activities.  With strong background in financial analysis and management, Maria attends to every detail in our borrower performance and investor reporting.

   

Maria graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce. She has been in the banking industry for more than a decade. She was responsible for investors’ portfolio, bank operations and all related functions.

Sharah Sausi

Mortgage Assistant

Sharah joined our team in November 2020  as Mortgage Assistant. She helps prepare documents, manage the process and deadlines involved in our real estate mortgage transactions.

   

Sharah graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Office Administration. She used to work as Sales Administrative Specialist in a Financing and Leasing Institution for a decade. She handles loan documentations, coordinates with borrowers and act as collateral custodian.

Edy Dava

Research & Administrative Assistant

Edy helps with much of the market research and back-office administration.

​

Prior to joining Abundance, Edy has been working for real estate brokers, investors and agents as researcher/ marketing and administrative assistant  for over 10 years.   Edy graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.  She enjoys using her technical  background to enhance her work such as creating marketing materials and conducting market research.
