Elsie oversees loan origination, underwriting, and client relations. She proactively structures loans for borrowers to run a healthy business and for investors to have adequate protection of their capital.

Elsie has actively managed residential, multi-family, commercial properties, and private money loans. She has led real estate syndications and turned around neglected properties.

Elsie received her California Real Estate Broker’s License (DRE #01858559) in 2009 and  NMLS (#346570) in 2010. 

Eric performs deal due diligence and assist with client relations.

Eric received his California Real Estate Broker's License

(DRE #01877245) in 2010 and NMLS (#364095) in 2024.  

Terry reviews and manages all aspects of our loans once they have been approved for funding - including borrower payments and investor distributions.

Terry received his California Real Estate Agent's License

(DRE #02062224) in 2018.  

Bridgett received a bachelor’s degree in business management and economics from University of California, Santa Cruz. She is a licensed real estate agent with experience in mortgage processing, real estate, and property management.

Maria coordinates our loan servicing activities.  With strong background in financial analysis and management, Maria attends to every detail in our borrower performance and investor reporting.

Maria graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce. She has been in the banking industry for more than a decade. She was responsible for investors’ portfolio, bank operations and all related functions.

Jeepsee provides comprehensive support for loan servicing and accounting within the organization. A graduate of BS Management Accounting, she worked as an Accounting Specialist for over a decade in a mortgage and leasing institution.

Margie supports the entire mortgage process, from initial application to closing. With 13 years of experience in a prestigious global financial institution, she specializes in mortgage document processing, loan modifications, litigation, foreclosure, short sales, and bankruptcy.

Margie transitioned to a mortgage assistant role at a lending institution, leveraging her extensive knowledge of mortgage processes.

Margie hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.

Sharah joined our team in November 2020  as Mortgage Assistant. She helps prepare documents, manage the process and deadlines involved in our real estate mortgage transactions.

Sharah graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Office Administration. She used to work as Sales Administrative Specialist in a Financing and Leasing Institution for a decade. She handles loan documentations, coordinates with borrowers and act as collateral custodian.

Karissa assists in the loan processing from pre-submission all the way through settlement, preparation of documents such as due diligence, initial and closing documents. Loan review and post settlement task.

She graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She used to work as an Escrow Processor for more than 2 years and this gives her an understanding in mortgage transactions.
